We have been on the market for more than 20 years and a whole generation has grown up during this time. And we always contribute to the professional development of our employees. Trainings and briefings are conducted on a regular basis.

To maintain a healthy lifestyle for employees, there is a gym and a yoga room on the territory of the enterprise.

The company is always ready to support in difficult times – it provides financial assistance in difficult life situations.

At the moment, the company employs more than 150 people. In the fourth quarter of 2024, a new MoloPak-2 production facility will be opened, which will provide employment for another 110 residents of the region.

On an ongoing basis, every year we congratulate veterans of the Great Patriotic War and their families.

The company donates funds for the construction and renovation of temples in the region.

Every year we participate in congratulating and supporting orphanages and rehabilitation centers in the region.

We also take part in the annual Christmas Tree of Wishes charity event. We buy gifts for children of poor families.

Our manager and staff support our native handball team, the Chekhov Bears, which is famous throughout the country.
