The production of MoloPak LLC operates under the constant control of the quality service. Not a single batch goes unnoticed by the watchful eyes of the technical control department staff.
MOLOPAK QUALITY CONTROL IS DIVIDED INTO 4 STAGES:
Stage 1
Checking materials
Each new batch of packaging materials is thoroughly tested before being put into production - cardboard, paints, foil, polyethylene.
In particular, the cardboard passes the entrance control according to the following points:
Stage 2
Production
Monitoring and analysis of packaging quality parameters are carried out throughout the entire production cycle: from loading materials to the finished product.
Every shift, all equipment is started only under the supervision of an OTC specialist.
During the lamination of cardboard, OTC supervisors check the grammar and uniformity of the polyethylene filling online.
Stage 3
Laboratory and tests
With the help of the latest equipment and developed techniques within the company, the quality of packaging from each edition is checked. The inspectors record not only the slightest inconsistencies with the standards, but also all the quality characteristics of the packaging material. This ensures that our customer receives the highest quality products.
The high-tech equipment of the quality service allows conducting microbiological studies and checking:
Stage 4
Storage and packaging
A microclimate is strictly maintained in the warehouse of consumables and finished products, which ensures proper temperature and humidity.
Before shipping, the packaging is securely formed into cardboard boxes, then placed on a euro pallet and tightened with stretch film (this is how we pack Gable/Pyr-Pak and MoloTop). Aseptic Brik type packaging (Tetra Pak) is supplied in casts that are pre-packaged in individual vacuum films on an automatic line.
