The main task of developing an industrial safety culture is to change the consciousness of employees and create conditions that ensure complete rejection of violations in the field of industrial safety without additional control from above.

continuous reduction of occupational injuries, occupational diseases, accidents, as well as minimizing the risks of fires;
ensuring compliance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, regulatory documents of the federal, regional and corporate levels in the field of industrial safety;
ensuring the effective functioning and continuous improvement of the industrial safety management system, including the continuous development of an industrial safety culture;
risk assessment, risk management to prevent injury, deterioration of workers' health, damage to equipment and property;
