It is intended for filling and hermetically sealing liquid and pasty products (whole milk, fermented milk products, juices, juices with pulp, fruit wines, etc.) in a rectangular cardboard bag with a double-sided polyethylene coating (Puree Pack, type "A" or type "B") and a foil cardboard bag (Puree Pack aseptic, type "A" or type "B") with a capacity from 250 to 1000 ml. At the request of the customer, the design of the machine provides for the possibility of installing a lid applicator (sealed converter and frequency generator), designed for internal ultrasonic sealing of the Twist Cap lid, PURE PAK cardboard packaging and equipping the machine with a clean zone system that ensures the maintenance of a clean air environment in the workspace and protects the product from environmental influences. The machine provides the ability to quickly reconfigure to another package volume (0.25; 0.5; 1.0 liters.) and is equipped with an automatic lubrication station for components and assemblies. The mandrel carousel is driven by an index gearbox.
