Interview with the head of the company

Good afternoon, Gibrat Dosbolovich! We are very pleased to implement a joint project in Kazakhstan! Have you been practicing water for a long time?

Good afternoon, colleagues! Thank you, we are very happy too! The well from which our artesian water is taken was discovered back in 1981. However, the bottling under the MIGLIOR brand has been carried out over the past 5-6 years. During this time, we have gained a solid position in the market and earned the trust of consumers.

What are the difficulties and features of this market in Kazakhstan?

The bottled water market in Kazakhstan is actively developing, but it has a number of features and challenges. One of the main difficulties is the high competition, especially from international brands such as San Benedetto, San Pellegrino and others. These companies occupy a premium class niche and have global recognition. However, we see our strength in locality, environmental friendliness, and commitment to quality.

How did the idea of bottling water in cardboard packaging come about?

When launching the new packaging for our MIGLIOR artesian water, we set a goal to make the product as environmentally friendly as possible. This is how the PurePak packaging line appeared, the first in Kazakhstan. It is a biodegradable cardboard that is easily recyclable and does not contain aluminum and multilayer plastics. This is our contribution to the environment and the future.

What is the attitude of the population towards the environmental friendliness of business and consumer goods in Kazakhstan?

Environmental awareness in Kazakhstan is growing. More and more people are choosing eco-friendly products, sorting waste and maintaining sustainable brands. We see a positive response to our eco-packaging initiatives.

How is the sale of this water planned?

MIGLIOR water is sold through retail chains, HoReCa, marketplaces, as well as through partner channels. Export directions are being considered.

What are the features of this water? Useful properties?

Our water is unique in its origin and composition. MIGLIOR is a living artesian water extracted at the foot of the Altai Mountains. We do not use reverse osmosis, which preserves the natural mineral composition. The pH value is 7.5, which is an ideal indicator for maintaining acid-base balance. Water is rich in natural silicon and other trace elements that promote healthy skin, blood vessels, and overall metabolism.

What was the task of the filling equipment? Did you manage to realize all your plans?

The main task is to ensure bottling in eco—friendly packaging without loss of quality. The equipment has been adapted to PurePak standards, and all technical objectives have been successfully achieved.

What are the plans for the development of this area? Do you expect water with different flavors?

The priority is the further development of MIGLIOR artesian water bottling, expanding its presence in the regions and increasing brand awareness. We are also developing the Be Happy line of drinks, which is aimed at a young audience and modern tastes. At the same time, flavoring waters and vitamin supplements are not planned within the framework of MIGLIOR.

Are you planning to produce water for export?

Yes, export is one of the key areas. We see interest from the CIS countries and are ready to share high-quality water and environmental philosophy outside of Kazakhstan.
